Our technicians are available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm EST. To request support outside of business hours please use e-mail and place the words “URGENT SUPPORT REQUEST” in the subject line.
Please note that if your support contract has lapsed the support representative may route your call to our sales department to arrange payment prior to being able to provide support.
