DOCUMENT ACQUISITION
The classification is done from the Web interface and the documents can come from disks, individual TWAIN digitization, e-mail messages or bulk import (multifunction photocopiers, production scanners):
- B&W, color and gray-level digitization of single-page and multiple-page documents
- Visual monitoring of images during digitization
MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION
- User preference management. Users can customize the display and browsing mode for documents and folders
- High-granularity configuration of rights on documents and folders
- Creation and modification of document database templates, folder templates, converters and overlays
- Creation of search and indexing forms. Grouped into activities associated with users and user groups

- Option of on-the-fly conversion from native formats (Word, Excel, TIFF, AFP…) to PDF format when viewing
- Distribution of documents by SMTP messaging and retrieval of email addresses from an external directory via LDAP
- Local or centralized printing functions
- Option of exporting one or more documents in compressed format
