We’re excited to announce the general release of dbs LiveForms™ 1.5 featuring OpenAI powered Rules Assistant and other significant improvements that turbo charge form design and take the usability of the solution to a whole new level. The enhancements in this version are many, ranging from general functionality, new integrations, and performance enhancements, making this new version a must see for anyone interested in a powerful enterprise grade e-forms with workflows solution. For our current customers, this version is also a highly recommended upgrade; they will for sure appreciate all the improvements. Here is a summary of the main features available in this new version:

• Innovative AI assisted rules creation: Creating sophisticated rules to get forms to do what you want is no longer the exclusive domain of Javascript coders. Now you can connect LiveForms to your OpenAI account and request rules using natural language, and in a few seconds the application will provide options for the rule that can be automatically inserted into the rules engine. This is a true game changer that will exponentially reduce your form design time.
• Improved electronic signature functionality and new Topaz signature integration: Our electronic signature capture is now even more robust than ever, making signatures immutable after submission and capturing IP addresses and username to signature logs. We have also expanded the options for capturing digital signatures to include dedicated electronic signature devices from Topaz Systems and added the ability to sign and lock panels to safeguard user input. This integration greatly expands the use cases supported by dbs LiveForms to include industries where the capture of signatures with forensic data is a requirement.

• New form design controls and improvements to existing ones: We have made our forms designer even more powerful than before. Controls are now grouped by intended function so you quickly find and use the ones you need. The payment control now handles individual line items with different prices. We have also added new controls for generating QR codes on forms, added tab controls, and improved page formatting options like page breaks, headers and footers.
• Security, usability, and performance improvements: We have made security improvements to authentication by adding expanded support for password complexity requirements, secure password resets, password expiration, and use limits. Navigating between forms and their workflows is now easier using dedicated visual links. You can now have multiple forms open at the same time. We enhanced the global search and form template management.
